Swim held in the Cove aquatics center.
5-10 year olds swim 50 yards.
11-17 years olds swim 200 yards.
The pure physical effort to propel oneself forward using only your own two legs is something we share with our anscestors back through the ages. And it still instills that wild and free feeling of well earned motion, furiously beating heart and lungs filled with fresh air. No one does it greater than the youth.
